Join us for a wonderful 2-day, 2-night sewing retreat at the charming Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport

What could be better than spending time sewing with friends, sharing ideas, lending a hand, and enjoying a creative escape together?

Whether you're looking to finish a project you've been working on or start something brand new, this event is for you.

On day one, you’ll have the option to take part in a fun and inspiring workshop or simply do your own thing. Maybe brave a Winter stroll along the seafront or a spot of Christmas shopping along Southport’s historic Lord Street.

All you need to bring is your sewing machine, tools, and your project. Don’t worry if you forget something, kits and fabrics will be available to purchase during the event.

Come and create, connect with new friends, reunite with familiar faces, enter our prize draw, and show off your makes in our final “Show & Tell” showcase.

Pricing & Booking Information

Twin Room: £250, based on 2 people sharing.

Single Room: £195, based on 1 person.

To secure your booking, a minimum deposit of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due by 30th September 2025. If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, we’ll refund up to the deposit amount should you need to cancel.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

If full payment is not received by 1st October 2025, we reserve the right to reallocate your place.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’re unable to attend or need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Please be aware that cancellations made after October 1st are not eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.

Full information and itinerary will be provided to all attendees nearer to the date.
