Standard delivery cost is based on subtotal after any discounts are applied.
We dispatch orders Tuesday through Saturday, and we always aim to send them out as quickly as we can. We will contact you should there be any delays.

Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail may take up to 15 working days before they consider a parcel lost. We will normally need you to wait that long before a missing item claim can be processed.
We obtain proof of posting or tracking numbers for all our items.
