Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your place:- Twin Room: £150
- Single Room: £125
Please note: Deposits are non‑refundable. If full payment isn’t received by 31st May 2026, we may need to reallocate your place.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made after 31st May 2026 are not eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.Full details and the itinerary will be sent to all attendees closer to the date.
